Battery and lockout requests
For a jumpstart request, share the make and model and explain what happens when you try to start the vehicle. Mention any instructions you have from the vehicle’s handbook or a repair professional. A request for a jumpstart does not establish the cause of a starting problem.
For a lockout, say where the keys are and whether you have access to another set. Tell us the vehicle details and be ready to discuss access authorization. Individual circumstances should be confirmed when you call.
Fuel and tire requests
For fuel delivery, identify the vehicle and the fuel type you know it requires. If you are uncertain, say so before any arrangements are made. For a tire change, explain which tire is affected and whether you have a spare and any wheel-lock key. Share what you know about the spare’s condition. Do not assume every flat tire can be resolved with the items available in the vehicle.
When a tow is the next step
Roadside assistance may not resolve the underlying issue. If the vehicle needs to move to a repair shop, towing is also available to discuss. Have a destination in mind and ask about the proposed service and expected charges. We work with major roadside-assistance and insurance programs; if you already have a provider request, explain it so the arrangements are clear.
GOOD QUESTIONS.STRAIGHT ANSWERS.
Will a jumpstart fix my battery problem?
A starting problem can require further diagnosis. Explain the symptoms when you call; this site does not promise that a jumpstart will resolve the cause.
What should I mention for a flat tire?
Tell us whether a spare is available, what condition it is in and whether the wheels need a locking key. Confirm the service arrangements by phone.
Are you open overnight?
