A pickup starts with a clear description

A vehicle parked at home can still present a few practical challenges. Let us know whether another vehicle is blocking it, whether the wheels can turn and whether you have the keys. If the battery is dead, say so; if the engine runs but the car will not move, explain that too.

Give the pickup address and tell us where the vehicle sits in relation to it. You can text a map link when that is easier. Avoid moving a vehicle you believe is unsafe just to put it in a more convenient position. Discuss access with us first.

Plan the next stop

For a tow to a repair shop, confirm the destination and how the vehicle will be received. An address, a contact number and any instructions about gates or key drop-off make the conversation more useful. We can discuss flatbed or light-duty towing based on the vehicle and its condition.

Our towing yard and O’Hara and Sons Automotive share the address at 7350 Wissinoming St. If you need a repair destination, ask about the shop and contact it to discuss the work. Towing arrangements and repair arrangements are separate conversations.

A little clarity goes a long way

GOOD QUESTIONS.STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

Can you help if my Mayfair pickup only needs a jumpstart?

Jumpstarts are one of our roadside services. Describe what happens when you try to start the car so we can discuss your request.

Do you accept cards?

We accept credit and debit cards. Ask about the cost and payment arrangements when you call.
